Resonance Circle Group & Supervision

A space to reconnect with yourself in the connection of others.

You spend so much of your life holding space for others.  What might it feel like to have a space where you can simply arrive as you are?

An Experiential Community for Therapists

A space to turn inward and connect outward. Through somatic exploration, parts work, and shared experiences, Resonance Circle invites us to meet ourselves and one another with curiosity, deepening our relationship with our inner worlds and the connections that shape us.

The Experience

Somatic Awareness

Cultivate a felt sense of your body and inner world.

Parts Exploration

Meeting your inner parts with curiosity, compassion and openness.

Embodied Witnessing

Experiencing the power of being seen and accompanied in your process.

Integration

Brining new awareness into everyday life and relationships.

Why This Approach?

Beyond Clarity

As therapists, we spend so much time holding space for others. Resonance Circle invites us to turn inward, exploring the parts of ourselves that feel stuck, guarded, or disconnected, not as problems to solve, but as experiences to meet with curiosity and compassion.

Through shared somatic exploration, parts work, and witnessing one another, we move beyond clarity into deeper embodied awareness, discovering new ways of relating to ourselves and the people we support.

An Invitation

Come as you are, bringing the parts of you that are curious, uncertain, tender, or simply ready to explore.  Together, we create space for connection, discovery and the possiblity of something new.

IFS Supervision

"Danielle has been an exceptional supervisor in my journey with the Internal Family Systems model. Her dedication and deep knowledge of the model are evident in every session. It’s clear that she has extensive experience, which she shares generously, helping us to truly understand and apply IFS in our work. Thanks to her guidance, I now confidently use IFS as my primary therapy model in my private practice. I’m incredibly grateful for her commitment to helping us master this powerful approach."

                            Supervision

Go beyond knowing IFS. Learn to embody it.

As an IFS-I Approved Clinical Consultant, I bring years of experience practicing, teaching, and living the principles of Internal Family Systems. I completed my Level 1 training in 2015 with Lead Trainer Nancy Sowell and have since served as a Program Assistant for Level 1 trainings.

But over the years, IFS has become much more than a model I practice, it has become a way of being.

In consultation, we explore what happens when IFS meets the real complexity of clinical work: the client whose system feels stuck, the parts that pull us into urgency or over-responsibility, the nervous system that can't simply “Self-lead” its way out of protection, and the moments when our own parts inevitably get activated in the room.

My hope is that you leave consultation with another technique.

"Working with Danielle feels like entering an open, warm, and expansive space where I can get to know myself on a deeper level and therefore access my own Self more readily in a way that also benefits my clients. She has so much presence, compassion, and curiosity that integrating it into my own system becomes seamless. Working with her has increased my skills with creating a truly healing space. I would recommend working with her!"

C.C.G - Nurse Practitioner

My approach weaves together IFS, Somatic IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Experiencing, with a deep respect for the ways our inner parts and our bodies communicate through sensation, pain, chronic patterns, and protection.

Together, we slow down enough to notice what is happening in the room, in your client, and in you. We learn to recognize the subtle places where a therapist may be blended, where a client's system may need something different, and where the body is communicating something the story hasn't yet revealed.

My hope is that you leave consultation with another technique.

I want IFS to become something you can feel, trust, and access in your own body, so that Self-leadership becomes less something you reach for and more something you naturally bring into the room.
