Therapeutic Intensives & Psychedelic Integration

KAP Treatment

A space to soften what has been holding on so tightly.

Ketamine can quiet the brain’s well-worn patterns and open a window for neuroplasticity—creating space for new possibilities to emerge. Through an IFS, attachment, and somatic approach, we meet that opening with intention and curiosity.

Rather than pushing away difficult experiences, we gently turn toward the parts of you that learned to stay vigilant, protect, and survive. With the support of the medicine and a grounded therapeutic relationship, these weary parts can begin to experience something different: safety, compassion, and the possibility of letting go.

We prepare intentionally, enter the experience with reverence, and integrate what emerges into the rhythms of everyday life, so that insight becomes embodied change and the experience can continue unfolding long after the medicine wears off.

The medicine creates the opening. Together, we listen to what wants to emerge.

Intensives

Sometimes healing needs more space, not more sessions.

Our nervous systems don't always unfold on a 50-minute clock. Therapeutic intensives create a spacious, focused container to slow down, move beneath familiar patterns, and stay with the work long enough for something deeper to emerge.

Drawing from IFS, attachment, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, we can gently explore the protective parts of you that may not have had enough time or safety to be fully understood in traditional weekly therapy. Rather than rushing toward insight, we listen to what your system is communicating, making room for emotion, sensation, memory, and meaning to come together.

Working intensively with me means we don't simply talk about your patterns. We have the time and space to experience, understand, and shift them, while staying grounded in the present and connected to the wisdom of your whole system.

An intensive can be particularly meaningful during times of transition, when you feel stuck in a recurring pattern, or when there is something you know you're ready to move toward but haven't been able to access in the rhythm of weekly sessions.

More time. More spaciousness. Deeper work. A chance to meet yourself differently.
